Madhu is the CEO and co-founder of Snap Analytx. Prior to founding Snap Analytx, Madhu held product management and product planning positions at Oracle and Microsoft working on several industry leading products including Oracle 8i/9i database server, SQL Server and Windows Azure. He started his career as a software engineer working in startups developing object-oriented databases and distributed object management (CORBA) systems.
Madhu received a MS in CS from the University at Albany, SUNY.
Dr. Ying Li is an expert in the areas of big data analytics and is well recognized in the Data Mining Practice and Application community for her contributions. She is the winner of the 2012 ACM SIGKDD service award for her outstanding contributions to the data mining field. She served as General Chair and Industry Program Chair for ACM SIGK DD International Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining and co-chair for Internet Monetization track at WWW Conference, as well as serving on various program committees each year. Dr. Li has filed or holds over 70 patent applications in the area of data mining, machine learning, and computational advertising.
Dr. Li was the Chief Scientist for Concurix Corporation. Prior to Concurix, Dr. Li worked at Microsoft for over 14 years in a variety of roles including Data Scientist for SQL Azure, General Manager for Advertising Division, Privacy Officer for Online Service Division, General Manger for adCenter Labs, Data Mining Manager for Internet Tracking. She is on the Snap Analytx board of technical advisors
Ying Li holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from Peking University, Beijing China, and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University of British Columbia, Canada.
Prof. Ankur Teredesai is a recognized expert in data science and data mining. , and has been an active participant in the evolution of the data science for over 15 years. His contributions range from active pattern recognition, scalable algorithms for consumer intelligence, and social recommendation systems to societal data science for emerging big data domains. Ankur’s industry contributions include data mining projects at Microsoft, Apollo Data Technologies, IBM, and C-DAC Pune.
Ankur started his academic career at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is a tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science and Systems at the University of Washington Tacoma’s Institute of Technology. He serves as the Information Director for ACM-SIGKDD (ACM Special Interest Group in Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining), the world’s leading society for academic and industrial big data challenges. He is the Chief Data Scientist at npario and on the Snap Analytx board of technical advisors.
Ankur received his PhD in Computer Science from University at Buffalo, SUNY.
Adarsh is a Senior at Eastside Prep in Kirkland, WA. His special interest is applying machine learning and prediction techniques to 3D printing.
